Getting Marco

We were very blessed to have an amazing friend who is a flatcoat and afghan  breeder. We were able to see the puppies from the day they were born, we visited them 2-3 times a week. Seeing them grow and become little individuals was so special.Feeding time was the best, herding them up was challenging and fun. In Marco's litter there were 11 puppies, spending time with them all was amazing. We still get to see one of his sisters, Evy on a very regular basis as my friend kept her so she ended up with two puppies only 4 months apart. I can only imagine how she manages them and the rest of the dogs. :)

Marco

Making the decision to get a dog was a long one. Five years in fact Plenty of begging on my side to my husband but when he met out friends new flatcoat puppy he was sold. Seeing those beautiful eyes look up to you and there loving nature, whats not to love?

This is jay at 5 months, who helped me to win my husband over.

And this is our Marco at 5 weeks.

Marco 8 months.

He is truly an amazing addition to our lives, and my husband even hinted we will probably be getting another in the not to distant future :)
